Our Mission
Since its 2020 launch, #SlowYourRoll has evolved from a campaign to a community movement, raising over $65,000 for local charities. Our core mission centers on supporting schools and associations through easy, secure donations. By fostering collaboration, we aim to make a positive and lasting impact on our community. Beyond fundraising, our initiative actively promotes safer streets, raising awareness about responsible driving. Our Story
In response to a fatal tragedy involving 10-year old Charles McIntyre in 2020, Chris DiPasquale founded #SlowYourRoll to get drivers to slow down, increase driver safety and heighten the awareness of children playing and riding their bikes in our busy residential communities.
Chris designed and distributed lawn signs, shirts, hats and decals for donations to support the Charles McIntyre Foundation as well as non-profit charities including the Lethbridge Food Bank.
How it Works
After receiving overwhelming community support, we initiated the #SlowYourRoll Fundraising Campaign because we firmly believe that every small contribution matters, and collectively, we can create change.
When you set up a fundraising campaign or purchase a sign, you're not only supporting the campaign but actively participating in making our streets safer for children.
Proceeds from your fundraising campaign go directly to your school or association, contributing to a positive impact within our community. Join us in this collective effort to promote safety and support local initiatives, one sign at a time.
